Anselmo Mendes nasceu e cresceu em Mon\u00e7\u00e3o. Foi a\u00ed que desde crian\u00e7a se familiarizou com a cultura da vinha e a produ\u00e7\u00e3o do vinho.<\/p>\n
Licenciou-se em Engenharia Agro-Industrial em 1987, pelo Instituto Superior da Universidade T\u00e9cnica de Lisboa, e p\u00f3s-graduou-se em Enologia pela Universidade Cat\u00f3lica seis anos depois.<\/p>\n
Foi com a casta Alvarinho em Mon\u00e7\u00e3o e Melga\u00e7o, que Anselmo Mendes come\u00e7ou a produzir, em 1998. A adega, na zona do Vale do Minho, \u00e9 um espa\u00e7o de experimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, a partir de onde a paix\u00e3o de Anselmo Mendes pelo vinho e pela regi\u00e3o ganha forma e gosto.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
